The pick-up service from the train station and the delivery service to the snow monkey park worked perfectly. It is a very beautiful, old Ryokan in the middle of the small Onsenort. The dinner was exceptionally delicious.

The warm welcome and making guest comfortable deserves a six star rating. Keiko was a great host. She made extra effort to fetch us from the train station, drive us to an apple orchard and to the snow monkey hill. The food is delicious both dinner and breakfast. Keiko even helped me seek information for my next destination on the japanese website. The room is spacious. Keiko and husband are excellent host. Thank you for the memorable stay.
The washing basin in the room does not comes with hot water. Pretty cold to use even during the autumn months.

The meals were delicious and traditional, with a great selection to choose from. the location was fantastic, with easy access to local attractions and beautiful views. We appreciated the warm welcome we received upon arrival, and enjoyed the free WiFi and complimentary tea.
The room felt a bit outdated and could have used some renovation. the village itself was not as authentic as we had hoped, and seemed to be catered more towards tourists.

Beautiful spacious rooms in the heart of this spa area. Guests had complementary access to about a dozen spas located around this small town. The owners were friendly, welcoming and helpful. Also provided complementary robes for the spas and WiFi.

the location was convenient, close to the shuttle bus area for the Snow Monkey park and just down the hill from the station. the room was clean and well kept, with a private bath and toilet. the owner's wife was very welcoming and offered to prepare bentos for our early morning departure. the included dinner was a great typical experience. We also enjoyed trying the public baths in the town.

Loved the quaint street the hotel was on and the lovely hospitality. Plus the owner gave us a lift to see the snow monkeys and gave us a really good introduction to the restaurants and hot spring baths in the area.
